Description:
Based on the combat proven DELILAH, the deep-strike DELILAH-GL offers unique capabilities for a land-attack weapon. Its capability to provide real-time and positive identification and discrimination of targets, autonomous mission capability with man-in-the-loop control, reducing the risk of collateral damage are all important factors for the land forces commander.
DELILAH GL provides new offensive deep strike capabilities for the land battle, as well as shore protection. With DELILAH GL theater commanders can rapidly launch surgical deep-strikes, pressing an attack in the most complex scenarios, to eliminate high value enemy targets with pin-point accuracy, while maintaining real-time situational awareness to influence the battlefield without being exposed to the enemy counter fire.
These capabilities are enabled by weapon's electro-optical seeker, providing effective discrimination of re-locatable, time critical and maneuvering targets, encountered in the modern high intensity and asymmetric battlefield.
